Why is this happening to my clothes?

Hi all, first time in this sub. Can anyone tell me why this is happening to my clothing after being washed and dried? Ive never had this problem until moving to a new apartment using this specific washer and dryer. The apartment came with the washer and dryer and i don’t think there’s anything wrong with it I’m just so confused as to how or why this is happening and how to fix it. It’s ruining a lot of my clothes.
