What to do with this front bed?

Wanting to start over with this area. Probably pulling up big green shrub by the window. Wanting to add/incorporate slate and mulch. Should I move/get rid of the big hydrangea? Move the bench? Get rid of the fountain? I’d appreciate any ideas/opinions. TIA 🙂
