Searching For a Tattoo Artist Good At Linework/Cross-Hatch Shading

As the title says, I'm just looking for a tattoo artist that is comfortable with cross-hatch style shading/lettering/line work. I want one of Kurt Vonnegut's illustrations as a tattoo, and if you aren't familiar, these are mostly little scratchy ink drawings, so being decent at linework is pretty important.

New to the city, looking for any suggestions. As a woman, I'd love to support another woman artist, but I'm alright with men tattooing me, as well!
