PBS Lifting HEKs?

Hi all,

I've noticed no matter how I add PBS (drop-wise, to the side of the plate, etc.) my HEK's will lift and I can see them in the suspension. Has anyone had a similar experince with this or can share some tips?

I usually use room-temp PBS (1X). Would warming it make a difference?
