Don't use Kucoin

I have been a crypto investor for about 5 years. I started investing last bull run so at this point i've been HODL. I transferred the majority of my crypto onto a ledger but the rest I left on Kucoin for safe keeping. That was a big mistake. I logged back on years later to see my assets empty. I reached out to customer care and explained my issue. They requested that I download my transaction history for which I did. I showed them proof that all transactions were made and kept on Kucoin but they refuse to give me back my tokens. I'm sure what to do at this point. Please avoid keeping your tokens on Kucoin
