Bighit yearly rap competition 'hit it base'

How come hybe don't have any legit rapper after BTS especially since they have this rap competition every year called 'hit it base' (that's how suga BTS got discovered and signed to bighit) and so many young rappers participated in it so i taught is not gonna be so hard for them to find legit rappers to recruit and put them in their groups. What do you guys think?
