Naan Mahan Alla Deleted Scene?

hi! i have been wondering if a scene from naan mahaan alla i saw in theatres (in the us if that makes a difference) was real or my imagination lol. in the beginning i believe the antagonist group takes the head of the girl they raped and murdered and smoke a joint or something on her head and with her blood? does anyone else remember this or did me and my brother just imagine this 😭🤣
