Vulgar talks during professional setting

Today my girlfriend was just trying to do her job and talking to a customer for her travel agency as usual and all of a sudden this guy starts talking about sexual stuff. It made her really uncomfortable and sad that she had to deal with all these.I have his number and the recording of the entire call as well, but is there really any consequences that he can face? Any help will be appreciated
