What should I knit a baby?

For reference: I'm an experienced knitter. My stash is overflowing. My Ravelry queue is loaded with a couple hundred baby patterns (plus everything else).

We have a neighbor (80+f) who has become a bit more of a friend. Her husband of 1.5 yrs passed last month and thankfully his very large and loving family have fully embraced her. I checked in with her today and she's doing well, busy sewing stuff for the first great-grandbaby. No gender yet it's so new so I have some time to knit up some stuff. We were at the small wedding and we played Uber for family visits while he was sick, so it wouldn't be totally random, though I'm sure young Mom won't remember me. It would be more of a gesture for Grandma, who I've spent time with, and Step-great-grandma.

I just went thru my Ravelry queue and while there's some good stuff (low-key interested in this Duck pattern by Jeny Staiman https://search.app/iKnosFJ4saF69trC7) but...meh. Nothing's speaking to me so I thought I'd get some of your craziest or most unique or most usable baby patterns! Doesn't matter what it is, if you were in this situation, what would you knit? Better yet, what would you like to receive?
