Help! Adding new cabinets and redoing the old ones?

I’d like to add cabinets to the left side of my kitchen but the current dilemma is that I don’t want to replace my existing cabinets just so that it all matches. It does seem that not many companies do both new cabinets and resurfacing. At this point I’ve heard that maybe it will be only slightly more to just replace them all? Does anyone know of a company that does new cabinets and resurfacing? I’m not looking to spend more than 15k for the whole project which also includes backsplash too. Would appreciate any help or knowledge! Currently reside in Baltimore
