How to remove kindle ads...

Good day! I have few questions left to ask. I would like to ask for your help, guys. Please. 🥺

I already contacted the customer service of Amazon regarding my concern to remove my kindle ads. I did change my address to US hoping to make my payment for removal. However, after how many attempts, I cannot proceed with the "remove special offer" option because it says I need to change my address again. I also don't have an American debit/credit card.

Can someone help me? 🥹 Please I badly want my ads to be removed.
