Some food question

Hi,

Some pics I have some questions if anyone could help would be amazing.

Pic 1 Chicken Omelette, with onion. Is the onion ok? About 1/3 of an onion. Also, some greenery like I’ve done. Is it ok to eat loads of this?

Pics 2/3/4 I don’t really drink energy drinks or alcohol but do like a drink from time to time. Would this be OK?

Pics 5/6 Would a bit of Boston gravy be ok with chicken and veg?

Pics 7/8 Light soy sauce. Is this acceptable level of carbs or risky?

Pics 9/10 Devestated about this one. Just wanted to share it as I eat a lot of soy sauce.

Pic 11 3 pork cuts with broccoli. Is this too much broccoli? I didn’t know it had so many carbs. And I’m assuming that soy sauce is also a no? So that dinner isn’t particularly good?
