Food poisoning ugh

Yesterday I was at a street fair having a very hard time finding something keto. I finally found a place that was selling a sausage, peppers and onions sandwich. I just ate the inside. Come to find out it gave me horrible food poisoning. Yesterday the contents in my stomach were totally drained out. I'm down 4 lb overnight because of the water weight lost. Today I'm spending extra carbs for breakfast by having whole milk yogurt and keto granola because of the probiotics in the yogurt. Any suggestions about how to get my stomach back to normal? I'm also taking a probiotic separately.
