How long have you been keto?

How sustainable has it been for you? How long do you see yourself continuing with it? How do you overcome the emotions of not being able to eat some of your favorite meals/dishes from the past? How has it affected your mental health (good or bad)?

Love the idea of committing to keto for weight loss and mental health benefits--I have a difficult time believing that it's sustainable for long term. Please prove me wrong! Would love to hear your story.
