Shipping from Japan

Hello, bought my car back in sep and got my departure date of Oct 30th and arrival of Nov 14 with the vessel name and everything. Got the load confirmation also. I thought everything was good but now when I check my tracking it says arranging vessel? Has anyone ever had this happen? I'm waiting to here back if anything happened from the shipping agent.
