Fun countries with huge focus trees that aren't the usual suspects

Basically the title. Want a fun minor country that has a pretty big tree and different paths. Was thinking about Albania but their tree at the start ain't the biggest and idk if you unlock more as you progress. Tried some of Ireland, ukraine and Australia so not those 3.
