Squad leading pro-tip: Keep the Squad moral high

One thing I've noticed a lot playing is squad leaders loosing hope early/mid game. Things aren't going well and the squad leader loses touch or starts getting an attitude. This translates to the squad/team losing because people are discouraged and stop caring. I've caught myself doing it and see it all the time with other leaders.

It's extremely important (nothing is that important in a video game, but this translates to the IRL world to) as a squad leader to stay positive and rally your squad. Your squad got wiped? Formulate a plan forward. Get back in the game. Shit happens, tactical errors happen, learn and re-engage. Squad doesn't track stats and wins/losses don't matter in the end. The best games are always the upsets. When the opposing team is rolling, they get cocky and don't expect you to get your shit together. A lot of the times they over extend. Losing 0 - 10 is a lot more fun than winning 300 - 0. Have fun as a squad leader, when you and your squad are having fun, even if it's just shooting the shit in squad chat, they will play better.

I'll see you out in the field.
