SL quality

What's with some SL's recently? I keep leading and set up the only 2 HABs in the game, while a majority of the team does diddly, we get flanked, no defense squad (I'll recognize this can be equally blamed on everyone but we were the first squad to even get anywhere near the 3rd point WHILE we did backcaps and got ambushed. I don't wanna hear it). Am I tripping? This isn't the first time this has happened to me so maybe im just a shitty SL but I feel like its a constant problem. Maybe I should just volunteer as cmd.
