Guys what happened?

At the release of Mo.co the majority of players were online like 4-5 hours a day. Now, I see less and less activity from most players. They stuck at their level for like 2-3 days sometimes. Just a smalltalk circle is still grinding their 4-5 hours during the day.

What is it that missing? Tutorials/education? Other players to grind with?
