2020 Vx cruiser Ho won’t start

Hello - we bought two used skis. One has been great and one hasn’t. The vx stopped working so we changed the spark plugs and it worked fine for a few weeks. My daughter got thrown and got back on and it wouldn’t go. My husband changed the battery and it still won’t go. Can anyone give their expertise or thoughts?
