How do I unlock the Secret Characters on PS5?

Got the Jak Collection on PS5 and wanted to know how to get the Daxter Characters and other Jaks as Racers.

I got Ratchet and Jak 2 already cuz I played Jak X on PS4 and already bought Ratchet and Clank Reboot and Jak 2 on that system.
