Aftermarket steering wheel adapter?

Anybody figured out an adapter to fit an aftermarket steering wheel? I've got an '04 NPR and am looking to run a Grant or a Sparco wheel to replace my beat up original one. My truck is not a work truck anymore so a factory one seems a bit boring. Any info or part number would be appreciated!
