I’ve recently been offered a role in Riyadh within the construction industry and am seriously considering relocating with my wife and our two young kids (both under 5).

Our goal is to stay for 3-5 years, maximise our savings, and ideally have my partner secure a well-paying job once we’re settled.

For those who have made a similar move (or are currently living in Saudi), I’d love to hear your experiences—especially when it comes to managing finances, cost of living, savings potential, and any unexpected expenses.
