Different Apple ID for Apps and iCloud?

10+ Years ago when my wife got her first iPhone, we set it up using my Apple ID to download apps, however she has a separate iCloud account where her photos get saved. I'm sick of having every app she downloads appearing on my phone. What's the best way to fix her phone so that it uses her iCloud account as her Apple ID without it affecting any of the apps that she has already downloaded?
