Which phone would you recommend?

Hello, I'm about to order a new phone which will be an upgrade from my old Nokia. I've never used iOS but I'm open to any software. I just need a phone which would last me 4+ years. My budget is basically anything under $3000 AUD. I'm wondering which one would be the best fit for me? I'm going for the 2023 flagships and i'm thinking of the 14 pro, 23 ultra or waiting for the 15 pro. The main things I'm looking for are:

Best Battery, best screen, great photos/vidoes, fluid and entertainment usage (ig, youtube etc.)
