How do I show looking through scope when aiming while recording?

Anyone here know how to get the game to show me looking through the scope when I am recording? I've seen videos of people doing it but when I am going through my video it just shows the gun being aimed without it. I am playing PCVR with Q2 if need to know and the latest video I watched person was playing native on the Q2.
