In 2013, a Boeing 777-200ER stalled and crashed on final approach into San Francisco International Airport. The San Mateo County Coroner's office determined that Ye Mengyuan, a 16-year-old passenger, was still alive before being run over by a rescue vehicle, and was killed by blunt force trauma.
