Best summer job to have on resume?

I'm currently studying electrical engineering technology with the hope of getting into instrumentation and controls. During this summer after my freshman year I have the opportunity to work as either 1) Electronics Assembler for high voltage amplifiers, power supplies, and electrical panels or 2) Calibration Technician for piezoelectric sensors. Which would be the better, more relevant choice to have on my resume?
