Lights won't stop blinking and pictures won't take-- I've tried everything
Hello, the exposure setting lights on my Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 won't stop blinking, and the red lamp beside the viewfinder is staying red. When I turn on the camera, it makes a mechanical clicking noise before it starts blinking. I am not able to take a photo. I tried replacing with different brand new batteries with the lens extended, but it didn't work. I tried replacing the film and it didn't work. The lens unit does not appear to be damaged. The issues started occurring spontaneously after having taken one shot, which had come out perfectly. I bought the camera in May 2020 (two years ago) and have not had any prior issues with it. I had bought the camera used for $25; should I just order a new one, or is it worth it to repair it/get it repaired? The issue too is that I am currently out of my home country for six weeks. Thank you so much for your help!
