sleep has been weirdly bad

i’ve known about having insomnia for a long time, but for some reason this week has been the worst. from 10pm-6am i only slept 2 hours? i kept drifting then waking up, laying with my eyes closed and unable to sleep. all i did was turn over and over. i feel like my anxiety for some reason has been increased preventing sleeping. it’s like i can’t lay still or it hurts/itches. idk what to do
