Help Me Chose My First Bike. Please!
Hey guys, After riding gearless 2 wheeler for almost a decade I have decided to own my first bike. I'm a casual rider and haven't rode bikes much. I'm struggling to choose the perfect bike for me. I have 3 things that the bike must satisfy -
- Must be less than 2.5 Lacs
- I work 8:00 to 19:00, daily commute is around 45 kms. Good Mileage is bonus.
- I'm 6'1" Tall and 95kgs, Stocky. Currently I ride Activa, and I don't care about my size, But I want a good bike that can handle my dimensions. Believe it or not my 2013 Activa has done 80K+ KMs.
Furthermore, lot of my close relatives and friends has had suggested me to go for RE 350. I personally don't consider myself RE fan. I have also tried Hunter 350 but it is not giving me good vibes. Recently a coworker got MT V2 Yamaha, I find that bike fascinating, I didn't ask for a test drive but that bike caught my attention.
So please guys suggest me something, Deep down I always knew I love riding, I have done +150 Kms on Activa in a single ride and sometimes on sundays I just roam on my Activa mindlessly. So any bike that satisfies the above 3 criteria plus "is a good ride" will be super awesome.
P.S: I'm single rn but I wouldn't mind to have someone sit behind me, So comfortable seating for two will also be a plus, but it's not that critical so you can defer this.
