Top Neighborhoods in Indy

For those looking to relocate to Indianapolis... Please give me your top 2 neighborhood choices and why. Yes, I see a lot of these posts - but no requirments here. Schools are a factor, but let's not focus on that right now. Everybody has their reasons, no judgement, just the facts. Thanks!

Edit: Wasn't expecting such a harsh reaction. This question is intentionally left open. I am looking for a non-biased objective answer for what YOU like and why. I'm interested in the dichotomy between "city" and suburbs and what people value in a neighborhood. That is all.
