Game breaking bug.. Light spoilers inside.

When in Gizeh, and i advance in the main storyline to the underground resonance chamber, I get past that, then the next puzzle "the light chamber" with the 3 beams of light you have to manipulate, all the side doors are open which it seems renders the puzzle broken. I cant advance thru the main door.. has anyone else had this issue? know a work around? I tried 3 roll backs and nothing. anyone know the noclip console command?
