Anyone noticed sleeping/waking earlier has improved their IBS?

I'm someone who naturally sleeps later and always had, due to my ADHD brain, it wants to sleep later and will get tired by 5 or 6am while my physical body will be tired way before that. Recently I got diagnosed for ADHD so I am on medication so I am forcing myself to sleep earlier [the medication stops my melatonin working for some reason so I have to wait till it wears off] but my stomach has definitely improved since sleeping earlier.

Also when I was on holiday last year [prior to adhd meds] I was having to wake early every morning even losing hours of sleep to be up early yet my stomach was great all 7 days besides 1 day where avocado set my stomach off but it was just 1 bad poo and back to normal [ like an hour of issues then pooped and all good where normally it's day/s of issues]
