i’m really struggling

i ended up in A&E and emergency surgical unit this week cause i passed out on the toilet in agony. the medical students took my entire history and said that doesn’t sound like ibs presentation, but the doctor was incredibly quick to turf me out saying all i needed was paracetamol and a new GP. i’m in the UK where it’s incredibly hard to be seen by any GP which is part of the reason I went to A&E. The amytriptiline seems to have put me in a flare which can only be described as no warning brown rain for a solid week. i’ve tried everything medical and nothings helping and i’m super bloody depressed. my GP was supposed to ring me back today i have heard nothing. 7 years of on/off agony and unpredictability and nothing helps. i’ve had enough.
