Iracing Certificate (question)

Hi all, (Sorry if this has been asked before)

I've just got into Iracing and sim racing as a whole and I won my first race last night. I got my new set up on Tuesday and Have been racing since then so I was pretty proud to have won my first race only a couple days into my sim racing "career".

My pal told me you can get a certificate PDF on your profile and get it printed out which I went to do as I thought it was funny to have but for some reason, I haven't had the certificate awarded on my profile, you can see the race where I won but no certificate.

Could this be because I'm a "Rookie" still or is it just bugged?
