[Question] Unable to verify update when trying to update to iOS 10 beta

I continually get a notification that I cannot install iOS 10 beta 4 because it is unable to verify. Worked on my iPad Pro, but not my iPhone 6s Plus. Anyone else have this issue or a possible fix? Thanks

Edit: I restarted my phone via hard reset and was greeted with activation lock screen, logged in and now all my texts are gone and apps will not download. Very annoyed, still can't install the dev beta or public beta. Tried removing profile and installing, and still nothing. I have just over a gigabyte of storage free after deleting almost all apps (16gb iPhone problems). Still nothing.
