$5,000,000 but any building you rent and own can never be locked

You will get $5 million dollars tax free but any building or similar structure (think shed and garage) that you are either renting or you own can never be locked and will always have its points of entry unlocked AND accessible.

Furthermore, the doors and windows inside the buildings and structures will also always remained unlocked.

Bathroom door? Can’t lock that.

Any window? Can’t lock that.

Bedroom door? Can’t lock that.

House door? Can’t lock that.

Garage door? Can’t lock that.

Shed door? Can’t lock that.

Any door at a business you own? You guessed it, you can’t lock that.

Any home, or other building structure you purchase or rent following this deal must also always have its points of entry unlocked.

Furthermore, you cannot use any locking mechanism (think padlock) on your buildings and interiors in order to bypass this requirement. All points of entry (both exterior and interior) must remain unlocked and accessible. You also cannot block entry to points of entry either.

If you refuse to take the deal, you will be given a yellow combination lock. No, you cannot change the color.
