Sewage in hvac duct
My rental property has sewage in the lower level hvac duct. Plumber came to check and said the bend underneath the kitchen sink broke off and the kitchen drainage is getting into the vent system. I’ll have the plumber tear up the floor and fix the plumbing. But how can I get my vents professionally cleaned out so the putrid odor goes away. And how much is an average cost for a 700 sqft area.
