Is my dog normal size

Hey everyone I’m here wondering why my husky is so small In comparison to everyone else’s he is 8 months and 38 pounds or 39 every time I take him out people ask if he is 4 months maybe 6 and at times he looks it and I wanna know if he is okay I know his mom was 50lbs and dad was 67lbs I have pictures of the mom (some photos of him are him tonight getting a bath and him December charismas day only photo of dad is in the grass rest is the mom don’t worry)
