whats up with JFC's?

i worked for HJ for a few years but i got a much better job opportunity which i took but i still get food from time to time; but the hungry jacks near my house and my old one both started serving trashy JFC which feel like wood and are really fibrous and dry and from what i can assume, these patties were fresh and stored correctly.

i know they constantly reduced the size because i made hundreds of them but have they lowered the quality of chicken now too? because for a 10$ burger its pretty disappointing right now. you may aswell spend 5$ more and get something from nordburger which is bigger and has a better quality assurance.
