Coming up on 100 plants/succulents, how do y'all keep track of yours?

Recently became a plant mom to many. My collection has outgrown what my brain can handle, but I am doing my best. I am learning a lot as I go. And it's exciting to learn.

I know the initial excitement might have gotten me this far, but I have to care for these guys long-term. I have a good range of different ones - no one type of plant. Monsteras, philos, begonias, fittonia, succulents/cacti, ficus, etc., etc., etc.

For those with huge collections - and in particular, those who have a wide range of plants/succulents that require different care, is there a strategy you employ or do you have any tips to manage and care for your collection?

I've learned alot about prevention of infestations, so I have been focusing on those measures for the past week. Tips also super helpful! I am also trying to have a better idea of which ones like a spritz a day (for humidity).

And I recently bought some clear nursery pots so I can easily inspect their root systems!
