Looking for inspiration for converting old building

I have an opportunity to get a good deal on a downtown building in my small town. The main floor was a icecream parlor and gift shop, second story was an old dance hall long abandoned. The roof is about 15 years old, the brick is in great shape. We’re looking to possibly convert the dance hall into a down town industrial loft home. The interior dimensions are 97x24 with 16 ft ceilings(completely open)so it’s a bowling alley. We’re hoping to turn it into a 3 bedroom with office space, but having trouble due to the bowling alley dimensions get my head around a layout. Any help would be appreciated if this isn’t the appropriate sub any directions you can lead me in would be great TIA
