How long does KGHobby takes to ship after placing an order?

I just placed my first order with KGHobby. I couldn’t find Soosootoys figures on Sideshow, so I decided to give them a try.

Two days ago they marked my order as shipped and created a shipping label (EMS Shipping), but when I track it, it says “Sender is preparing item for posting”.

They also have some HotToys I’m interested in, so I just wanted to hear from someone who has purchased from them before. How long does shipping take? How is their customer service?
