How are you guys setting up your dual stick Virpil Constellation Alphas for space flight (cams and springs)?

So I'm new to high end sticks. I decided to jump straight in with dual Virpil Constellation Alphas, mistakenly thinking they'd be great out of the box. I now understand that some fine tuning is required with the various cams and springs.

I've been messing around with them and haven't been able to find a combination that 'feels good.' I'm using the no center bump space cam on the right stick and the center bump space cam on the left stick. I think standard springs in both. I'm gonna need precision aiming on the right stick and left is likely going to be throttle (still researching control scheme layouts). The right stick feels too loose in the center to the point that it feels clunky / janky and I don't know if I got a messed up stick or if it's just something wonky I did.

How do you guys have your Alpha hardware configured for space flight?
