Cozy sci-fi?

Seems like cozy games usually go with fantasy settings. How does a space diner setting sound to you guys? MC is running away from their past and ends up on Ganymede, an "outer belt" moon, helping out at a diner until shit blows over... except they end up running the diner (very incompetently at first).

Think: side quests, farming, management (e.g. buying new equipment), recipe unlocking, recurring characters, maybe a bit of exploration of Ganymede and its unique culture/natural landforms.

Plus an overarching narrative of a revolution brewing where poorer outer belt colonies like Jupiter (and its moons), Saturn, and asteroids no longer want to be colonies of Earth and Mars. A slow unfurling of how this links with MC's past (+ choices moving forward). But this'll just be a sprinkling - to keep things interesting in an episodic format.

What should I do to attract folks who may see 'sci-fi' and turn away? How should I refine the concept further?
