Surge Protector over loaded?

Squeaky sound coming from surge protector. Initially I thought it was the surge protector but I’ve tried 3 different ones(2 Anker and 1 Belkin-3900 joules)but the sound just comes back. In the vid everything is powered off. Below is what’s connected to it. Anything I can do to eliminate this and is this too much to have on this. What are my options.
