A Specific aradia panel

I'm an older fan and I'm currently trying to remember and find this panel. There's a very specific panel where Aradia writes on the wall in what I think is a blue toned blood? She says something along the line of her "choosing" what she does or something like that. I remember it was similar to a phrase she had said often(maybe when she was dead specifically?), but had altered it to show she was now in control of her life. I can't find it and if anyone can I will be highly appreciative.
