Neighbor has an unmaintained palm tree

The palm tree hasn't been maintained and cut in probably a few years. It's a canary palm tree and is always full of these fruits that I'm sick of them falling in my walkway and they are staining it. I can't be cleaning these endless falling fruits that fall all time when they could pay someone to remove them and they'll grow eventually in a long time. I brought up to them nicely but they do nothing about it. I also have a palm tree I have to maintain which I admit is not cheap but has to be done occasionally if I want to have a tree. For me is like having a dog and having to clean after them and maintain them. I always feel like your sweeping them to their side because that's faster and c easier to do for me than getting all together and sweeping them up into the bin
