How to effectively use missiles for strategic bombing with new DLC?
I've heard people say that missile bombardments is very strong in the late game now with the most recent DLC; I see how much more effective nukes are now, and I see how the mechanics of building the missile silos and equipping specific missiles, but I don't really understand how to make them effective. My questions are:
-Mainly, what type of missile is the best for non-nuclear strategic bombing?
-What should I target first? Infrastructure, airports, supply lines, mils or civs, or what? And what types of provinces should I target first?
-How many missile silos should I build for a full bombing campaign? If I have the spare industry and resources, should I spam silos and hit the other country with a thousand missiles or more, or does it come with diminishing returns after a while?
I appreciate any and all answers, I love the late game tech, and have wanted to find a way to make non-nuclear missiles be effective since way before even the most recent DLC. I am not worried about practicality or difficulty with building, as this is solely for non-ironman singleplayer runs, mostly just me messing with the world like its a sandbox type game.
